1. What ICRDB is

ICRDB (the "Service") is a database that lets talent managers and agents list creators they represent, and lets others search those listings to contact the representatives. ICRDB is not a party to any agreement between brands, representatives, or creators.

2. Manager warranties

By uploading a roster, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right and authority to list each creator for brand opportunities and to share the information you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings and for keeping them current. You agree to remove any creator promptly upon losing the right to represent them.

3. Acceptable use

Search results, including representative contact details, are provided for legitimate business outreach only. You may not scrape, resell, or use the data for spam or any unlawful purpose. We may rate-limit, suspend, or remove access to protect the Service and the people listed in it.

4. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated match explanations may contain errors. We do not guarantee any outcome, response, or deal.
